# TERMS OF SERVICE
**Novaris**
**Last updated: August 2026**
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern text message communications sent through Novaris on behalf of the local businesses we serve.
## The Service
Novaris provides automated missed-call text-back messaging for local businesses. When you call a participating business and your call is not answered, you may receive an automated text message from that business to help you book an appointment or get assistance.
## Consent
By calling a business that uses Novaris, you initiate contact. The automated text reply is sent in response to your own inbound phone call. You consent to receive these messages by contacting the business.
## Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction. You will generally receive messages only in response to a missed call and related follow-up.
## Message and Data Rates
**Message and data rates may apply.** Standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
## Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying **STOP** to any message. Reply **HELP** for help. After opting out, you will no longer receive automated messages.
## No Sharing of Mobile Information
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
## Limitation of Liability
Novaris provides messaging services on behalf of local businesses. We are not responsible for the goods, services, appointments, or business practices of the businesses we serve. Messages are provided on an "as is" basis.
## Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this location.

# HOW TO HOST THESE (free, ~15 minutes) — Google Sites
You need each of these as a live web page with its own URL. Google Sites is free and easy. Here's the click-by-click:
**1. Go to sites.google.com** — sign in with your Google account (any Gmail works; if you don't have one, create a free Google account first).
**2. Start a blank site** — click the big "+" (Blank) to create a new site.
**3. Name the site** — top-left, name it "Novaris." (This becomes part of your URL.)
**4. Create the Privacy Policy page:**
- The first page is your home page. Click the page title area and title it "Privacy Policy."
- Click into the body and paste the entire PRIVACY POLICY section above (from "Privacy Policy" heading down to Contact Us).
- Use the text formatting toolbar to make headings bold if you want — but plain pasted text is fine for compliance.
**5. Add the Terms page:**
- On the right sidebar, click "Pages" → the "+" to add a new page.
- Name it "Terms of Service."
- Paste the entire TERMS OF SERVICE section into its body.
**6. Publish:**
- Click the blue "Publish" button (top-right).
- It'll ask for a web address (e.g., "novaris" or "novaris-policy"). Type something available like "novaris-info" — this becomes your URL.
- Set it so "anyone can view." Publish.
**7. Get your URLs:**
- After publishing, your site is live at something like: `https://sites.google.com/view/novaris-info`
- The Privacy Policy page: `https://sites.google.com/view/novaris-info/privacy-policy` (or similar — click each page while viewing the live site and copy the URL from the browser bar)
- The Terms page: `https://sites.google.com/view/novaris-info/terms-of-service`
**8. Copy both URLs** and paste them into the Twilio campaign form (Privacy Policy field + Terms field). Then submit the campaign.
**Tip:** view your published site, click each page, and copy the exact URL from your browser's address bar — that's the guaranteed-correct link to paste into Twilio.
---
**Note:** This is a solid, compliant starting policy that includes everything Twilio's A2P registration requires (non-sharing statement, message frequency, message & data rates disclosure, opt-out). It's written honestly for what Novaris actually does. As your business grows, you may want an attorney to review a fuller version — but this meets the registration requirements and accurately describes your service.
